3 Screws at stern, starboard side, what are they for? (Tarpon 120)

I am trying to set up an anchor trolley on a Tarpon 120.  Can I use one of these to attach a pulley or other hardware?

I don't have my T140 in front of me to see what exactly you are refering to, but I do believe you can use them for an anchor trolley.

If it is what I'm thinking they are for mounting the hardware for raising and lowering your rudder if you install one.
