I Got the Best Christmas Gift Ever!

For Christmas this year my wife got me 3 days in Florida with fishing buddy Brian Z. ...:D x 100

 

I flew down last Thursday, whih gave us all day Friday and Saturday and Sunday morning.

What a trip! Sunny and 80 degrees every day made for the perfect winter weather. Brian lives in southwest Florida, so we paddled/fished Matlacha, Ding Darling, and Estero Bay. Our intensions were to sight-fish for tailing redfish on the extremely low tides. Although we did see a few tails and get a couple shots, all of our fish came on typical blind-casting to "fishy" looking spots.

Instead of posting a couple dozen of our "hero shots", I put together a little montage. :geek: ...enjoy.
