Mount compatability

Does anyone know if the RAM post mounts fit the Scotty bases and vice versa? The reason for my question is I really like the RAM 5 mount vs. the scotty 3 mount. Are they compatible?? Help

Look into Yak Attack as the have a trac ball and mount.

Use the RAM mounts they are far superior, they offer more adjustability
