I have a question about the Pungo 140 and the Tsunami 140. Will they handle class 1 and 2 rapids? I live just north of Atlanta,Ga and will be paddling in the chattahooche and lakes but I want to make sure it will handle the river with no problem.

Absolutely! Either one would be fine. The Pungo would be a little more stable in the water. However either one would be fine in class 1 or 2 rapids.
yeah....providing YOU are up to Class I and II!!!!!!

even a little bit of current can be a challenge in a deep keeled, great tracking boat like the Tsunami and Pungo. Keep 'em on line and try and not turn broadside in strong current.

Have you had any WW lessons?????

a GREAT idea!
