Tarpon 120 - Screws on Aft Starboard Side??

I recently bought a Tarpon 120 and noticed several screws on the aft starboard side.  What are these used for?

Those are for the rudder deployment... it is a nice touch they added onto the boats

Thanks, will need to look into how they are used.  Wondering if I can use them for other things since I am not currently using a rudder.

I have seen people use them for anchor trolleys... use them for whatever your heart desires... they are yours now..lol
