Tarpon 14 Keepers Footbrace screw is loose and slips out, how can I fix?

I have a Tarpon 14 fishing kayak. The keepers on either side the nylon screws keep slipping out of the nylon washer and then the rubber keeper is loose. Is there a fix for that?

Yes, there is a fix. The plastic screw has been stripped and needs to be replaced with a steel screw. Please contact our customer service department if you need one.
