Hi Don .. thanks for the heads up.  I ordered the flush mount and scotty rod holder.  I'll check out the extension.

I just got my Wilderness Ride 135 Angler .. I feel like a kid in a candy store.  I've even shamelessly looked at some of the videos of guys who installed a trolling motor.

Scotty does make an extension arm for their rod holers. I have one on my T140. I have my rod holder mounted just about where Terry has his and I can reach the rod with no problems. You can find it on the Scotty web page here.

Thanks Carlos. If i have my seat pushed up foward it is reachable. I usually carry five rods with me and that was about the only place left to mount a rod holder. I have the 2 flushmounts behind me as well as I installed 2 more rod holders on the back of my seat.

Nice looking rig.  I'm trying to sexy my Wilderness Ride Angler 135.  I don't want to copy-cat yours .. that would be lame, but you did provide good ideas.

Do you like having the rode holder mounted on the center?  Is it reachable when you get hit?

The rod mount is a Scotty.

What type of rod holder do you have mounted?
