This was a fantastic day on the river just below the Cambridge Dam. We were looking for Cats and and Wipers.

Cats, meaning Flathead Catfish and Channel Catfish which are prevalent in the early spring upstream near the dam. The Wipers (Striped Bass/White Bass Hybrid) are fun to catch. They can empty your spool with the runs they make! We are going for Wiper this afternoon in the kayak at a nearby lake.
