About Me

Grew up in East Texas bass fishing on Caddo lake ever since I could walk. Moved down to San Marcos, TX for college and fell in love with kayaking on the central Texas rivers like the San Marcos, Blanco and Guad. Made the trek down to Comstock for a Devil's river trip with 5 buddies during my Junior year of college and will never forget it. Paddled, camped and fished for 4 days; between the 6 of us, we caught over 400 fish of all sizes, the largest being a 10lb black bass caught about 5 miles above Dolan Falls on a Berkley Gulp worm. I now work for Confluence Watersports as the Southern Midwest / Gulf Coast account rep, based in Austin, TX.
