I Got my first VA fishing citation actually it was a release citation for a 24 " Speckled Trout. Caught off the banks of the infamous Hot Ditch in Chesepeake VA. Thanks to my cousin who retired from VEPC and takes me fishing there.
Favorite Places to Paddle
Upper James River.
