New seat
"I had switched from the 2012 seat to the Jackson Coosa seat. Wouldn't you know it Wildy comes out with the new seat a few months later. Had to have it. We will see how it goes on the river in May."

My fishing partner, who I've almost converted from the Coosa to Ride, realized he forgot his paddle after a 45 minute drive to the river last sunday. We used a pair of teva sandals, 550 cord and a sappling. Paddled all day, no problems

- I have been in law enforcement for over 17 years and within sight of retirement. I have enjoyed fishing all my life, but just recently discovered kayak fishing. I wish I had known or discovered this style of fishing many years ago. I fish mostly local rivers and lakes.

Thanks Richie!! I just ordered my Ride a few days ago and I already have a Cuda seat. Here are my plans for the seat. Let me know if you think it will work. Just from looking at pics of the seating area I plan on mounting the Cuda seat to 2 pieces of wood (2x4's or thick plywood) and sliding the wood with the seat attached into the grove just above the seating area floor along the sides where the original seat slides back and forth. Hopefully this will set me up a little higher for a better point of view AND I'll have room below the seat to slide plano boxes. It will also relieve the pressure from the points contacting the floor and distribute it along the sides through the pieces of wood. I'm really hope my concept will work. What do you think?? Pics of your setup would be greatly appreciated! WM
