"Charles, you are right. It's easy to overkill. I keep all my gear in a big boat bag, then at the launch I pick and choose what I want to put on the yak. There are things in the bag that have rarely seen the light of day, but if I need it,…"

"Another advantage of "slime bag". After hauling in a fatty..remove it..put the fish in on your lap then put liner back into fishbag. This is easier than trying to stow the fish while the bag is behind you or in a hatch."

"That inner "slime bag" does help. I won a big one in a tournament and gave it away. I wish I had kept it."

"Im gonna go with the precisicionpak i think. I like the idea of a removable liner..and the bright orange increases visibility."

"PrecisionPak has a new small to midsize fish cooler thats perfect for striper. I just saw one last weekend at a tournament and it was just the right size, but I don't know if they are for sale yet."

Fish bags/coolers for tarpon series

I've driven myself crazy and almost have gone blind searching the internet for the perfect fish bag...i'd like to put it in my rear tankwell or in the front hatch of my tarpon 14. does anybody have any experience with this?  i mostly fish for striper so it's gonna have to be big *wink *wink. so far ive looked at precisionpak, creative feathers and seattle sports...the harmony looks cheap...surf to summit looks bulky! HELP!!!!
