another kayaker lost in LI sound

in the past two years five paddlers have gotten into problems on the sound three drunk no pfds two lost two went out in margenal conditions for a very experanced paddler one no pfd one question mark one mo pfd bouth still missimg olny two were togeather in a sit upon one made it to shore one still missing all but one were in there own boat it time we has paddlers need to step up our awarness not olny of our own actions but of others if you see a porblem tell some one who can intervine or has will probly here in conn. big brother will stept in and regulation us to death and every time gonn. dose it costs us in the pocket book
