Lets pack up the tent and go fishing

I picked up my new Coleman Tent today that I ordered from Cabelas. i thought this would make a good addition to out kayak fishing expeditions and help lower the cost of our accommodations. I set it up in the back yard by myself and it too less than 20 minutes by myself. It says it sleeps 6 but I would keep it at 4 adults max, unless someone sleeps on the porch.

And whats inside.

And it comes with stakes

I laid it out flat, stake it out on the ends, and put up one of the red center poles.

Then the next red center pole.

Then I put in the poles for the left side.

Then the left side.

Now its time for the roof

I then added the arches for the door and the back window

Then I added the poles to make the door hinged.

Pretty roomy on the inside and the first pic is with the windows up

Windows down for ventilation

Backside

Front side.

And with the cot inside.

And just add a kayak and chair and we are in business.

And of course this is for car camping. I have many backpacking tents, and needed a little something for the crew to use on those long trips to visit our friends in far away cities. I'll probably use it more here in Florida than anywhere though.

Looks cool, I like the velcro on the door, so you dont have to zip, and unzip all day long to go in and out.
